By creating an account and using Topalupu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Topalupu provides AI-powered mock interview preparation tools. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success. The platform is an educational and practice tool only.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Topalupu to cheat in actual job interviews, share account credentials, reverse-engineer our AI models, or violate any applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Topalupu — including question banks, evaluation rubrics, and AI models — is owned by Topalupu and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Topalupu is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
